Shipping and Returns
Standard Postage
Our standard postage charge on orders within the UK is £2.50 per order. All items are shipped by Royal Mail.
Once shipped you will receive an email letting you know your parcel is on it's way and delivery will be within 48 hours, between 9am and 5pm.
Next Working Day
For those last minute emergencies we offer a next working day delivery, which guarantees that orders placed before 2pm the day before will be delivered within 24 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).
The Cost of this service is only £5.00 per order.
This service does require a signature. If there is no answer a calling card will be left and the recipient can arrange re-delivery or collection from their local depot.
Return Of Goods
Return of unwanted goods: We are sure that you will be more than happy with the quality of our products. But if you are dissatisfied for any reason with a purchase then please do not hesitate to return it within 30 days, simply return the product(s) to the above address. When returning an item please make sure that you include all original packaging, parts and instructions. We do not refund shipping costs and all postage costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. All other monies will be refunded at the earliest date.
