Integrated Cupping Massage

This session is a restorative massage that includes the use of cups where they are needed. Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. It is a type of deep tissue work that uses silicon cups to help loosen muscles and encourages blood flow. While a traditional massage is performed by applying pressure to the tissue, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open, and expand the body’s soft tissues.
Himalayan Hot Stone Massage

This session is a restorative massage that adds the warmth of hand-carved pink Himalayan Salt stones, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy used to enhance the CranioSacral system- which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. CST utilizes light touch to release fascial tensions deep in the body to help relieve pain and facilitates the body in its natural ability to heal itself. This session takes place while you are fully clothed, following the Upledger 10-step protocol.
